How do I pay for services?

Payment can be made to Asra Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. via cheque, credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer. For any payment by credit card, airline tickets and other documentation will not be issued until authorisation has been obtained from the relevant credit card company.

Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. Your confidential information will only be used for purposes of booking finalisation with our travel partners.
 

What do I do if I lose my ticket?

If you have lost your ticket prior to the day of travel please either e-mail us at: mail@asratravels.com or, telephone our service centre on

If it is an E-Tkt, it can be sent to the Passenger’s registered Email Id again.
We will forward to you a Ticket Indemnity form for completion. This will facilitate the reissue of your ticket. Note the airlines usually charge a reissuance fee. If you lose your ticket on the day of departure, please contact the concerned airline local city office that will coordinate the above procedure.
 

When will I receive my travel documents?

The paper tickets will be received by you within 2-3 business days of having made the relevant payments. If you have requested an E-ticket or if conditions of the airfare you have purchased require an E ticket only, an E-ticket confirmation will be emailed to you.
 

How do I change or cancel a booking?

If you want to cancel your journey less than 24hrs before you have to contact the airlines directly to do so. Also advice you to collect the CANCELLATION REFERENCE NUMBER from the respective airlines after canceling the same.

Airline charges or cancellation fees may apply with some fare types. Some reservations on restrictive fares cannot be changed. Penalties on Hotel/ Holiday Packages may vary based on tour type/ seasonality.
 

Do I receive car and accommodation vouchers?

Yes; after you pay your relevant payments, the documents will be provided to you through email.

How do I obtain a refund for a previously paid air booking?

Please return your unused airline ticket or E-ticket confirmation together with a covering letter explaining the reasons for your non-use of the booking. Hotels & Car rentals reservations will be handled after having verified the stay/usage with the concerned service provider. For all refunds on credit card payments, the credit card surcharge levied at the time of acceptance will not be included in the refund, as these charges go to the concerned bank towards the transaction charges. Importantly please note, refunds will only be provided by the airline in accordance with the terms and conditions of the airfare purchased. Airlines may take up to 8 weeks to process a refund.
Rs.100 per person per sector will be charged for the above.

Will paying by cheque / demand draft slow down my order?

While we accept local cheques either in USD or in INR but your travel documents will be shipped subject to clearance of these payments. The clearing may take a transaction time of 5-10 days based on issuing bank location.
 

Can I pay cash?

Yes, we accept cash payments upto Rs.50,000
 

Can I pay for services at locations abroad?

All Services must be paid for at the time of purchase to our India Office.
